Start here.

1. Download and install

Select Download for Windows above. Open SubLimit-0.7.1-Setup.exe from your browser’s Downloads list, complete setup, then open SubLimit from the Windows Start menu.

Close an older SubLimit window before installing. The installer is currently unsigned, so Windows cannot yet verify Profitpin LLC as its publisher. If Windows blocks installation, contact support rather than bypassing the warning.

2. Activate your access

If you already have access, open Overview → Activation. Sign in with your purchase email and choose Restore access. On your second computer, use the same email; do not purchase another subscription.

If you received an activation file, choose Import activation file instead. Complimentary access does not require a card or checkout.

New subscription activation is not open to everyone yet. Contact support@getsublimit.com for availability before planning to use SubLimit for a reporting deadline.

3. Prepare your first report

Follow the tutorial using the included fictional practice files before entering your own records. Configure your contract, import the period’s data and review any missing information.

Reporting runs in the Windows application. Workforce records stay on your computer. Your authorized officer reviews and signs the final report.

Subscription terms

One company can use one subscription on two Windows computers. Local files do not automatically sync between them.

When subscription enrollment opens, the 30-day trial requires a card. It then bills $149.99 monthly unless canceled. Charges after the trial are non-refundable except where required by law. History, backup, restore and export remain available after access expires.
