SUBLIMIT

Refund policy.

SubLimit, a product of Profitpin LLC (Colorado). Effective September 15, 2026. Questions: support@getsublimit.com

The free month

In plain termsCancel any time in the first 30 days and you are never charged. There is nothing to refund.

Every new subscription starts with 30 free days. A card is required to start, but no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel from your billing page before the trial end date shown on your Stripe receipt, and no charge will ever be made. We email a reminder before the trial ends.

Cancelling a paid subscription

In plain termsCancel whenever you like. It stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

In SubLimit, open Overview → Activation and choose Manage or cancel subscription; this opens your Stripe billing page. Choose Cancel — it takes effect immediately for future charges. Or email support@getsublimit.com from your subscription address and we'll cancel for you within one business day. Your access continues to the end of the current paid period. A refund request does not by itself cancel renewal, and cancelling does not by itself request a refund; tell us if you want both.

Refunds

In plain termsMonthly fees already charged aren't refunded for the part of the month you didn't use — but if we got something wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.

Because the subscription is month to month with no minimum term and a free first month, we don't prorate or refund a monthly charge for unused days after you cancel.

We will refund a charge in full if: you were charged after cancelling before the trial ended or before the renewal date; you were charged twice for the same period; or the App could not run on your Windows computer and we couldn't fix it within a reasonable time after you contacted support. Email support@getsublimit.com within 30 days of the charge with the receipt date and invoice reference. Refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days. A refunded payment no longer qualifies for new activation; access already issued may remain valid until its signed expiry.

If your state's consumer-protection law gives you refund rights beyond this policy, those rights apply.

Activation problems

If you have paid and activation fails, do not purchase another subscription. Open Overview → Activation and choose Restore access with your purchase email, or contact support@getsublimit.com. One subscription covers two Windows computers; use the same purchase email on the second one. For a lost, broken, or replacement computer, email support to arrange a transfer.

Disputing a charge with your bank

Please contact us first — most billing questions are fixed the same day. If you file a chargeback with your card issuer instead, your subscription is suspended while it's investigated, and if the charge was valid under these policies we'll provide the issuer with your checkout record. Contact: support@getsublimit.com.

After your subscription ends

The App stops new calculations. History, verification, backup, restore, and export of what is already saved on your computer remain available and remain yours. Restart the subscription at any time from the App's Activation screen; a second free month is not offered to the same business.
