SUBLIMIT · VERSION 0.6.0
Your data, accounted for.
SubLimit processes customer reporting records on the customer’s Windows computer. This website does not accept workforce files or payments.
What is retained
The workspace retains configuration, identity mappings, imported source evidence, historical reports and saved staffing drafts needed to reproduce and explain calculations. Saving an incomplete draft retains its entered facts even though official-form export is blocked. Report packages, Word drafts, original input spreadsheets and backups may also exist wherever you saved them. Uninstalling SubLimit preserves customer data.
Storage choices
Protected workspaces encrypt the managed archive, including saved staffing. Legacy workspaces remain unencrypted. Migrating creates a protected copy; it does not erase or encrypt the original workspace, source spreadsheets or previously exported reports. Explicit report and Word exports are unencrypted local files. A protected workspace does not protect an unlocked computer, memory, operating-system dumps or files opened in other applications.
Keep workspace and backup passphrases in your organization's approved password storage. SubLimit cannot recover a forgotten password. Test restoration into a new location before relying on a backup. Protected backups restore into protected storage; legacy workspace backups restore the legacy workspace. Use the matching recovery workflow and retain the old software version needed for exact historical recalculation.
Retention and removal
There is no automatic retention timer or automatic purge. Your organization chooses retention requirements and deletion approvals for its contract records. Preserve the necessary source evidence, historical packages, software versions and recoverable backups for that period. Do not delete an individual database table or remove archive source files to reduce storage: this can break history and verification.
When authorized to retire a complete workspace, close SubLimit, identify its exact folder, verify any backup you must retain, and remove that folder using your organization's device-management process. Separately account for original imports, migrated legacy copies, exported packages, Word drafts, backup copies, synchronized copies and the Windows Recycle Bin. Ordinary file deletion is not a secure-erasure guarantee. SubLimit does not implement secure erasure or a record-by-record purge feature.
Support and offline activation
Do not send worker records, unredacted screenshots, workspace archives or passwords for routine support. Describe the failing step with fictional examples and the software version. Version 0.6.0 includes local activation-file preparation/import, but no production issuer, subscription service or payment collection is operating. Saving a request creates a random installation ID in the per-user application settings. Only product, schema and that ID appear in the request; you decide whether to send it. See the activation section of the customer guide. No contract-specific security certification or FIPS validation is claimed.
