What is available

SubLimit 0.6.0 is an unsigned local release candidate. The current distribution is unrestricted because no production entitlement issuer is bundled. It supports the desktop reporting workflow, protected workspaces, OCC draft preparation, history and encrypted recovery.

Release files currently require access to the private GitHub repository. There is no public self-service download or pilot enrollment yet. A business contact channel is being prepared.

The planned pilot

The planned pilot is free for 30 days on one Windows computer, with a manually issued offline entitlement. No payment information is required during the pilot. Afterward, the customer proposes the value of continued access; no fixed public price has been established.

In a business-configured build, expiration stops new calculations. History, verification, backup, restore and export remain accessible. The unrestricted release candidate does not start a 30-day countdown.

Recorded validation

The final Windows suite passed 223 tests locally and on hosted Windows. Headless Linux passed 202 tests; the 21-test desktop class explains the difference. These overlapping runs are not added together.

The frozen installer’s clean hosted Windows test step passed installation, offline operation, upgrade, uninstall and reinstallation. The overall workflow failed afterward during evidence upload across Windows drives. The upload correction is committed, but its hosted rerun was blocked by GitHub account billing or spending limits. That final infrastructure check remains open.

Four OCC rendering cases covered 12 individually inspected pages, including ordinary, seven-worker, overflow and long-field examples. This is recorded engineering evidence, not customer acceptance.

Before customer use

The business must configure its entitlement public key and obtain organization-owned Windows code signing, then validate the resulting distribution. No organization signature or customer validation is claimed for the current candidate.

Each customer must confirm the applicable contract clause and exact supported OCC form revision and complete pilot acceptance. SubLimit flags unsupported or unknown facts. The customer’s authorized officer reviews, certifies and submits; the software does not perform those actions.
